本書は昭和７年に尾崎主税中佐訳で 『海軍戦略 全』 として出ており、これの復刻版が昭和５３年に原書房から出ております。 後者も既に絶版ですが、古書として２〜３千円程度で比較的簡単に手に入ります。
なお、昭和７年版のものを元に、これを全文タイプで起こし直して横書きにしたものが昭和３１年に海自の部内資料 『兵術参考資料 海軍戦略』 として作成されました。 ただしこちらは今日となっては残っているものがあるのかどうか ・・・・ ？

ご無沙汰いたしております。
ちょっと前になるのですが、昭和七年版「海軍戦略」を入手しました。ちょうどこちらの記事が載った直後にヤフオクで出品されていたもので、早速入手しました。もちろん、復刻版ではなく本当の昭和七年版です。残っているものですね・・・
